Inquiries Regarding Duplicate Enrollments of Club BBL Members Due to System Renewal
For customers who were registered as Club BBL members on or before June 30, 2024,
in connection with this system renewal and the migration to Hankyu Hanshin Group common IDs (HH cross ID or Takarazuka Revue common ID),
there are cases where it is not a migration but a new enrollment into Club BBL membership.
We will respond to customers who would like to verify their own status in due course, so please contact the inquiry centers below.
