You can charge any amount you like and present it as a gift. (In 1,000-yen increments for amounts of 10,000 yen or more.)

We will award a 5% bonus of the deposited amount for top-ups of 10,000 yen or more.
Unlimited uses with recharge
If you recharge (top up), you can use the card again and again, as many times as you like.

We provide dedicated mounting sheets and envelopes, so please feel free to use them.
What can it be used for?
You can use it to make payments at Billboard Live Tokyo, Osaka, and Yokohama. It cannot be used for online purchases or merchandise purchases.
Where can I buy it?
You can purchase them at the shops inside the Billboard Live venues in Tokyo, Osaka, and Yokohama, as well as at the Billboard Live online shop.
What is the minimum deposit amount?
The initial deposit must be at least 10,000 yen, and you can deposit in increments of 1,000 yen. The per-card deposit limit is 300,000 yen. The online shop offers several types of cards in 10,000-yen increments.
Is a recharge (redeposit) possible?
At the cash registers of Billboard Live Tokyo, Osaka, and Yokohama venues, you can recharge in units of ¥1,000. A 5% bonus is applied for charges of ¥10,000 or more (regardless of the number of recharges). It can be used repeatedly.
What is the expiration date?
One year from the card issue date or the last usage date (deposit or payment). The expiration date can be checked on the receipt or the balance inquiry page. 'Coupon Value' can extend the expiration date only through payments. Note: Coupon Value refers to funds deposited by us as a service value for customer gifts or for promotional purposes.
How do I check my balance?
The remaining balance will be printed on the receipt issued when you use a gift card. Alternatively, you can check it by accessing the Billboard Live website (www.billboard-live.com) or by scanning the QR code on the back of the card. You can check your balance from a PC or smartphone.
What should I do if it is lost or stolen?
Refunds or reissues are not possible. Please handle with care and store it securely.
