Billboard Live Tokyo has three floors. We offer a wide variety of seating—from table seats and sofa seats on the 3rd and 4th floors to casual seating mainly on the 5th floor—so you can enjoy the performance from any position. Membership registration and tickets for performances can be completed on our website. By joining the 'club bbl' membership, you can enjoy benefits such as priority presales and other privileges, making your Billboard Live experience more comfortable.

- S Reserved Seat
This is a table seat in the front-central area, including the seat closest to the stage.
- R Reserved Seating
These are table seats located in the rear central area on the same floor as the stage, with seating provided in the left and right side areas.

- DUO Sheet
Two-seater sofas are located on either side of the fourth floor.
- DX Sheet CounterNote: “シート” can mean either “sheet” or “seat.” If this refers to seating, it might be better as “DX Seat Counter.”
A row of counter seats located in the front area on the 4th floor.
- DX Sheet DUO
It is an L-shaped, two-person box seat located in the front area on the 4th floor.

Information
For Customers Arriving in a Wheelchair
- Customers who will be attending in a wheelchair, please contact our Call Center after you have completed your purchase. Since you will be guided to the wheelchair-accessible viewing area, please understand in advance that your seat may differ from the one you originally booked.
- Wheelchair-accessible areas are limited, so we may not be able to accommodate in all cases. Also, if you do not contact us, we cannot provide entry guidance.
- (Temporary) The entrance to the store is level, but there are stairs inside the store (with handrails). There is no elevator, but staff will assist you with going up and down.
To Our Members
- Club BBL members: Tickets purchased during the member pre-sale period will be invalid if the member does not attend in person. Thank you for your understanding.
- Corporate Members: When selecting a seating area, the standard performance price will be shown, but on the day of the performance payment will be made with a Corporate Ticket. Please note that when using the Casual Area, one drink is not included.

Inside the store, cell phone reception can be poor due to the building’s structure. Please use the store’s Wi‑Fi.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Please use the smoking room.
