We would like to inform you that in order for you to purchase tickets with peace of mind and safety, we will introduce the “Identity Verification Service (3D Secure 2.0)”.
From noon on March 27, 2024, when purchasing tickets and when registering for Club BBL membership, you may be required to enter a one-time password or the ID and password registered with your credit card issuer.
【Important Notes】
– If the password registered with the card issuer is not authenticated, or if authentication is not completed within a certain period (within 15 minutes), your application or registration will not be completed.
– If you purchase multiple itineraries or multiple stages, 3D Secure security may be deemed fraudulent. Please understand this in advance.
How to Set Up 3D Secure 2.0
To use 3D Secure 2.0, you need to set it up in advance on the website of your credit card issuer or similar. For inquiries about registration, as well as details on the status of your credit card’s support for 3D Secure 2.0, and the setup/authentication methods, please contact the card issuer you are using.
