From July 2024, credit card registration with the new payment system “HH cross PAY (HH Cross Pay)” is required for ticket purchases and for paying the Club BBL member annual fee.

■ How to check the credit card registration status

1. Please log in to My Page from the URL below.

2. After logging in, click 【Change Credit Card Information】

・For ticket purchases, please check from 【Manage Ticket Payment Method】.
・For the Club BBL member annual fee, please check from 【Manage Annual Fee Payment Method】.
※ This item will not be displayed for customers with the “Guest Member” status.

 

3. If the credit card brand logo or the last 4 digits are not displayed, it is in an unregistered state. Please register your credit card from 【Register Payment Method】.

 

■ To customers whose Club BBL member annual fee cannot be charged and who have switched from Club BBL member to Guest Member

Possible reasons why the update is not yet completed are as follows.
・Credit card for annual fee payment is not registered
Please note that this is not for ticket purchases; a credit card registered for Club BBL member annual fee payment is required.
・Expired credit card or used beyond its limit

 

If you wish to continue as a Club BBL member, please follow the procedures below.
1. Please log in to Billboard Live’s My Page from the URL below.
https://www.billboard-live.com/mypage

 

2. After logging in, select your desired plan from 『Club BBL会員入会募集中(Join Club BBL)』 and proceed to checkout.

※ The credit card information you pay at this timing will be registered for annual fee payment.
※ Within one year from your renewal month, there is no initial fee, and you will only be charged the annual fee for the selected plan.

■ To customers who joined Club BBL before June 30, 2024

From July 2024, Billboard Live’s purchasing system has been renewed to use “HH cross ID (or Takarazuka Revue Common ID).”
Please complete the following steps.
・Migration to HH cross ID
・Re-registration of credit card information to HH cross PAY
