From July 2024, payment for ticket purchases and Club BBL member annual fees requires registering a credit card with the new payment system ‘HH cross PAY (HH Cross Pay)’.

How to Check Credit Card Registration Status

1. Please log in to your My Page from the URL below.
https://www.billboard-live.com/mypage

2. After logging in, click [Change Credit Card Information]

• For ticket purchases, please check from [Manage Ticket Payment Method].
• For Club BBL member annual fees, please check from [Manage Annual Fee Payment Method].

Note: This item will not be displayed for customers with ‘Guest Member’ status.

3. If the credit card brand logo or the last four digits are not displayed, the card is unregistered. Please register your credit card from [Payment Method Registration].

■For customers whose Club BBL member annual fee cannot be charged and who have been switched from Club BBL Member to Guest Member
Possible reasons why the renewal has not been completed are as follows:

• Credit card for annual fee payment has not been registered
  Please note that a credit card registration for the Club BBL member annual fee is required, not for ticket purchases.
• Expired credit card or exceeded usage limit

If you wish to continue Club BBL membership, please proceed with the following steps:

1. Please log in to Billboard Live’s My Page from the URL below.
https://www.billboard-live.com/mypage

2. After logging in, from ‘Club BBL Membership Enrollment Open (Join Club BBL)’, select your desired plan and proceed to payment.

Note: The credit card information you provide at this time will be registered for annual fee payment.
Note: If you join within one year from your renewal month, there will be no initial processing fee, and you will only pay the annual fee for the selected plan.

■For customers who joined Club BBL on or before June 30, 2024

From July 2024, Billboard Live’s purchasing system has been renewed to use ‘HH cross ID (or Takarazuka Opera Common ID)’.
Please complete the following procedures:

• Migration to HH cross ID
• Re-registration of credit card information for HH cross PAY
