Cancellation fees are calculated based on the amount before coupons are applied. Thank you for your understanding.

For plans only, after the acceptance deadline, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Attention

Important Notes
  • Children younger than elementary school age are not permitted to enter. For customers who are elementary school age or older, the regular admission fee applies.

  • Customers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to enter.

  • Under local ordinances concerning minors' nighttime outings, we may refuse admission to customers under 18 to certain Second Stage areas where the end time is expected to be after 11:00 PM.

  • We do not serve alcohol to anyone under 20.

  • Smoking is prohibited in the entire store.

  • We cannot accept calls from private numbers. Please disclose your phone number, for example by dialing '186' before the number.

  • During a phone call, we may record the conversation to ensure accurate capture of reservation details, feedback, inquiries, etc., and to improve our services in the future.

  • If you repeatedly cancel without notifying us, we will not be able to accept any further reservations from you.

  • A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made after an online purchase.

  • Due to circumstances, we may change some of the cast or the content of the performance. We do not offer compensation for travel expenses, etc., in the event of cancellation or postponement of the performance.

  • If you do not follow staff instructions or warnings, or if you cause trouble for other customers, artists, or staff, or if it is deemed that safe performance operations are being obstructed, we may refuse you entry or ask you to leave partway through. (Depending on the circumstances, we may report this to the local police.) Admission fees are non-refundable. We also accept no responsibility for any accidents that occur under these circumstances.

  • Except with prior permission, bringing into the store equipment used for audio or video recording, as well as alcohol, food and beverages, and other hazardous materials, is not permitted.

  • We strictly prohibit the resale of tickets and reservation rights under any circumstances. Resold tickets and reservation rights will be invalid, and entry may be refused. We also do not accept any responsibility for any trouble arising from resale tickets or reservation rights.

  • There may be times when we request identification or age verification when you enter the store.

  • Cameras for video recording and photography may be brought into the store, and customers may appear in media or product footage. The recorded footage and photos may be used for product commercialization or promotional purposes.
